Vehicles are sold to the first customer who makes full payment. If your payment is late and the car is already sold, we’ll offer a similar option.
If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.
Most cars are used, so reasonable wear and tear should be expected. Vehicles sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis come in their current condition without reconditioning.
Some vehicles may appear as used in export documents due to registration cancellation processes, but they remain brand-new. Necessary documents like the Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Export Certification will be sent after full payment.
Payments must be made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our company’s bank account. No shipments are made until full payment is received. Payments are non-refundable, but in special cases, a 20% deduction will apply for service and bank charges.
Once a vehicle leaves the UAE, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit or upon arrival at the destination port.

Shipping costs must be settled within 7 days of purchase. Delays may result in penalties.
Payments made in currencies other than USD must cover any exchange rate differences. Customers must also bear all bank transfer fees ($25 for international transfers). PayPal users must cover transfer charges.

All transactions follow UAE laws on automobile export and trading. In case of disputes, we encourage dialogue. If unresolved, legal matters will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
